Policy on Technical Support and Replacements
Technical support via phone, fax, and e-mail to registered users of courseware sold by Modular Educational Programs is free.
If a CD-ROM disk is defective, we
will replace it free within 90 days of the purchase date. Return
the defective disk to Modular.
If you need to replace a damaged or defective disk you have owned
for longer than 90 days, the replacement fee is $20.00. Return
the damaged disk to Modular.
Upgrades for any current programs are $20.00 per program.

There is $4.50 charge for shipping and handling per CD-ROM.
